Executive/Administrative Group

Caroline Day, M. Ed, a retired school counselor and mathematic teacher with 34 years experience is a co-owner and the Chief Executive Officer of Intervention and Prevention Services. She has guided the company since its inception using her volunteer network in building a strong community-based organization.

Homer Day, Ed. D., with 40 years teaching and college level-administrative and community development is a co-owner and serves as the Chief Operations Officer.

Wasdon Graydon, Jr., M. A., Chairman of the company’s Advisory Committee is a former county commissioner. He presently serves as Director of Sponsored Programs, Minority Advising Programs, and the Center for Multi-Cultural Awareness at a local college.

Harold Harper, Jr., C.P.A. with Harper Financial Group is the company’s accountant and financial counselor.

Clinical Group


Stephanie Harris-Jolly, Ed D, the company’s Licensed Professional Counselor, serves as a team leader and is also responsible for individual and group counseling.  Her private practice includes responsibility for overall administration and coordination of counseling/testing and career development and placement at a university.  Her previous experience includes service as Chief of Academic Advisor at the University of Cincinnati and Racial Awareness/Cultural Diversity at the Young Women’s Christian Association, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Langston Cleveland, B.A., M.S., M.D. is the company’s Physician.  He also serves as the Medical Director for Tift Regional Medical Center Worksmart Occupational Clinic, Tifton, Georgia. Additional experience include: Medical Director, Summit Rehabilitation, Tifton, Georgia; Assistant Psychotherapist, University of Illinois, Department of Psychiatry; and service as a Certified Independent Medical Examiner.

Alysia Mallory, M.S., Counseling/Psychology.  She conducts individual and group therapy counseling sessions regarding psychological or emotional problems, such as stress, behavior, mood, substance abuse, and family situations.  In her role as team leader she also develops treatment plans, including type, frequency, intensity, and duration of therapy, in collaboration with psychologist.  She serves as an independent contractor providing community based care for families.  She also works as Social Service Provider II with the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice.

Shona Jones, M.S., School Counseling, M.S. Sociology with concentration in Social Work.  Shona serves as Case Work Manager with Intervention and Prevention Services, Inc.; her previous work experience includes Independent Contractor duties with Southwest Georgia Area Social Services Specialist, Department of Family and Children Services, Tifton, Georgia; Mental Health/Mental Retardation Technician Services with Straight Talk, Valdosta, Georgia.

Algenard Bryant, B. S. Social Work.  Algenard serves as a case worker with Intervention and Prevention Services, Inc.; His previous work experience includes:  Case Manager with Georgia Intervention, Fitzgerald, Georgia; Case Manager Advance, Georgia Department of Family and Children Services, Tifton, Georgia; Volunteer Coach, Turner County Recreation Department, Ashburn, Georgia, Youth Advisor, Providence Baptist Church, Ashburn, Georgia.

Chrystal Ann Brown, B. A, Psychology; Chrystal serves as a case worker with Intervention and Prevention Services, Inc., Tifton, Georgia.  She recently retired fro the Moultrie
Georgia Department of Family and Children Services.  Her previous work service with Mental Health Professional, Georgia Pines Community Mental Health, Thomasville, Georgia; and Instructor and Behavior Technician, Southwestern State Hospital, Thomasville, Georgia. George Hall, B. A. Social Work, George services as case worker with Intervention and Prevention Services, Inc., Tifton, Georgia. George’s work experience includes service as a police officer with the City of Sylvester, Georgia; Police officer Albany State University, Albany, Georgia; Case worker, Department of Family and Children Services, Tifton, Georgia.

Zandra Day, M. S. Health Care Management, B. S. Nursing RN.  Zandra serves as nursing supervisor with Intervention and Prevention Services, Inc., Tifton, Georgia. She serves as a nursing supervisor with Tifton, Regional Medical Center, Tifton, Georgia and is a Major with the Army Reserves.  Technical Support Personnel

Deloris Hadden, B. S. Human Resource Management, Deloris manages Human Resources, Information Technology, and computer software issues.

Tamika Day, B. S. Criminal Justice; serves as office assistant with Intervention and Prevention Services, Inc., Tifton, Georgia.
